The NevoSleep pillow is the first pillow that works for me and I have tried more than a dozen different types of pillows. I broke my neck in a car accident and the older I get, the more sleep problems I have. The pillow is comfortable, but it stays firm and keeps my neck in a correct position. I sleep on my side, but I start with the back and the two positions are very comfortable. I wake up without pain and I don't turn around all night! I would have liked to have found this pillow years earlier.
At first, I didn't like this pillow, but after trying it for a few days, I love it. It has a high side and a low side so you can choose the one that suits you best. I started with the highest side, but I found the lowest side more comfortable. I go from sleeping on the side to sleeping on my back and the pillow is perfect for these two types of sleep. For the price, you can't go wrong and if you're looking for a good pillow, try it.
