NEVOVA "1 IN 15 ORDERS REFUNDED" PROMOTION: OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. This promotion (the "Promotion") is sponsored by CHT Digital Atom SL, Paseo de la Castellana 194, 28020 Madrid, Spain, operator of the Nevova store at nevova-shoes.com ("Sponsor"). Contact: info@nevova-shoes.com.

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its contractors, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. Promotion Period. The Promotion begins on Sunday, November 29, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on Sunday, November 29, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter. There are two ways to enter:

• Order entry: Place a completed, paid order on nevova-shoes.com during the Promotion Period. Each qualifying order receives one (1) entry.
• Free entry (no purchase): Send an email during the Promotion Period to info@nevova-shoes.com with the subject line "1 in 15 Free Entry" and your first and last name, mailing address and phone number in the body. Limit one (1) free entry per person and per email address.

Free entries and order entries are treated equally and have the same chance of winning. Incomplete, late or automated entries are void.

5. Winner Selection and Odds. On or about December 7, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. One (1) winning entry will be selected for every fifteen (15) eligible entries received (rounded down), subject to a maximum total prize value of $2,500.00 for the whole Promotion. Winning entries are drawn one at a time, and the drawing ends when the next prize would bring the total value of all prizes awarded above $2,500.00. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received: approximately 1 in 15, and lower if the $2,500.00 maximum is reached.

6. Prize.

• Order entry winners receive a full refund of the amount paid for the winning order (products, shipping and taxes paid), issued to the original payment method. The winner keeps the products. Approximate retail value (ARV) per prize: $79 to $201, depending on the order.
• Free entry winners receive $79.00, paid by PayPal or check.

Maximum total value of all prizes awarded in the Promotion: $2,500.00.

An order that is cancelled, returned or refunded before the drawing is not eligible. If a winning order is later returned, the prize is limited to the amount not already refunded. Prizes are not transferable and no substitution is allowed, except by Sponsor in its discretion. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.

7. Winner Notification. Winners will be notified by email to the address used for the order or free entry, by December 11, 2026. Refunds and payments are issued within 14 days of notification. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited.

8. General Conditions. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or technical failures of entries. If the Promotion cannot run as planned for reasons beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel or modify it and select winners from eligible entries received before the event.

9. Release. By accepting a prize, winners release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Privacy. Information collected is used to administer the Promotion and as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Winners List. For the number of winners, email info@nevova-shoes.com with the subject "1 in 15 Winners" by December 31, 2026.

12. Governing Law. These Official Rules are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the state in which the participant resides.
