We process your orders within 1 to 2 business days. This time may be slightly longer depending on traffic, and we apologize in advance.

I entered incorrect information when placing my order. What should I do?

If you wish to modify your order, contact us quickly at info@nevova-shoes.com before it ships. Once the package has been shipped, no changes will be possible. If the package is returned, we will contact you to decide together on the next steps. Please note that additional shipping costs will be at your expense.

The delivery time for my order is longer than expected.

Of course. Your satisfaction being our priority, you have 30 days after your order to return your package.

The merchandise must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

The shipping costs for the returned package are your responsibility.

Once the package arrives at our location, you will receive the full amount of your order within 14 days.

How can I get a refund for my order?

Once your return is inspected, we will contact you to refund you.

The refund will be issued as a store credit and will not be issued to the payment method used during your payment.
